The hotel is good value for money. The rooms are quite basic but comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a good selection for breakfast. The pool area is well maintained and the spa is nice. Good for a short cycling holiday

Positive: close to the beach, nice breakfast and dinner (dinner buffet for 16.50 per person), helpful staff. Negative: very noisy at late evening and from 7am, everyone banging with doors like they were born in a cave. There was a roach in our room once, and one night we couldn't sleep because of some insect making loud noice like fire alarm. Not very comfortable beds.

It has a convenient service for bicycles with a service stand, washing machine, and tools. the breakfast is excellent considering the price of the stay. The rooms are a bit old and need some cosmetic renovation. however there is a balcony and a great pool! in general, I recommend it

This was our second holiday to Eix Alcudia and had noticed that they had renovated and decorated the public areas and also our bedroom was much better. We were however disappointed not to have been recognised as returning guests upon check in.
