Exactly what we wanted in a small provincial authentic setting, excellent location for lake access, shopping, eating out & public transportation. Priced right. Our only complaint was there was no English speaking TV channels

Good hotel with lots of parking nearby
Staff were helpful, directed us to the (paid, reserved in advance) parking on arrival. Hotel is a pleasant 20 minute walk into Annecy around the edge of the lake. The room was adequate, not great. Breakfast seemed overpriced but there were bakeries nearby. There are other public carparks opposite the hotel which are free at certain days/times of the year. Bed was comfy and overall cleanliness was fine. A good option if you don't want to pay the excess to stay in the noisy centre of Annecy.

Nice little hotel
Nice hotel walking distance from the old town. As the walk is by the shore of the lake, it is a plus to be able to go back by foot.

The hotel is clean but the room is very small. We were assigned to the room in attics in which, if not careful, you will bump your head to the ceiling. The breakfast buffet is pretty good but a bit pricy. The hotel location is a bit out of the town center but close to the lake. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Annecy was a great location - I would recommend it
The hotel suited us perfectly with parking at the side.
We had chosen a small room which was perfectly fine and comfortable. The hotel was clean and parts had recently been repainted. Breakfast was good. The staff were very pleasant and as helpful as possible. I would go there again.
Location was great. We liked the walked too and from the Old Town.
There was an event on - High Five in the park opposite which was the opening of the ski season.
We walked into the old town for dinner.
The following day we hired bikes from the Crazy Golf shop across the road and cycled around the lake. We went clockwise which gets the hilly part of the journey over early (it's not difficult). More than half of the route seems to be on a disused railway track. The best views were early in the route.
We had traveled from the UK with 4:00am start and arrived in Annecy at about 4:30 pm. The hotel was well placed and is a pleasant walk of about 20 mins into the old town - lots of tourist places to eat. The more local oriented places with finer dinning were fully booked.his was a 2 night stop in a week for touring by car.

Clean, stylish hotel with perfect location: 7/7 supermarkets, restaurants, beach. Looks like not a problem for parking and a good bar.
Crepes in hotel's restaurant are wonderful.

Fantastic stay!
We loved Annecy! The hotel is about a 20 minute walk to the old town with a good choice of restaurants. The lake is beautiful and we enjoyed the beach and swimming across the road at the Imperial.
