Nice hotel but horrible service. Online clearly says 2 bedroom can fit 4 people max , once checked in and came with full party of mine front desk wanted to charge $15 or $300 pesos for ever person besides me. Once we said we were going to contact Hotels.com they rethought and let us go to our room. Not only was that a problem but he rethought what l he said. Second there is still a man taking you to your room to open it and show you how to turn on tv ! Never been to a hotel that does that.i always get my key and go to my room. Definitely did way too much and tried to take money.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They offer transportation to the embassy which is very convenient. The free breakfast was delicious and filling. The only complaint is the cleanliness of the hotel. It was quite dirty. The floors were not being cleaned at all and the bedding had so many stains. It didn’t feel clean to sleep or walk around.

Come on! Seriously? No outlets and no coffee?
Awful experience. The hotel has been recently renovated. No complains there (the building in itself is kind of old), but during the refurbishing they forgot to add electrical outlets for bedside lamps, and they offer a coffee maker that isn't even plugged... nor does it have an outlet to plug to! AC was quite noisy, but it did a good lob of maintaining the room temp nicely.
That said, the service was just the worst. I have breakfast and poured some leftover coffee into a mug... and the waitress went our of her way to intercept me and tell me that I was not allowed to bring the coffee outside the dinning hall... AND MADE ME POUR IT INTO THE SINK. I mean, for crying out loud! I wasn't even "stealing" coffee from the machine or anything of the sort, but getting some already served coffee for the way. Also, not the nicest attitude from the front desk. Zero customer focus and zero self-awareness. Are you guys aware that I'm never staying again at your hotel for this "meaningless" thing?

My husband and I went to Juarez to do his immigration appointment we stayed here and it was 10/10. ALL the staff were so nice and helpful. I do want to give a s/o to one of the Taxi cab drivers Miguel he was very helpful and so nice to us . We had the best experience here . Totally recommend !
