The property is great in general, location is good and staff are great but management urgently needs attention. After my previous review, they sent me an unpleasant message on whatsapp that I would not expect from someone in hospitality. Listen to your guests, take the feedback on board and do better for the next guest. None of this is personal but to make Greenland a better place. I had even planned to bring my team back to this property next month - as they are launching a conference facility shortly - but after the messages I have received, I am not sure I want to do this. Still no word on the refund for my first night downgrade, which they said they would attend to on the 7th July.
