Horrible Customer Services by Milan.
Aesthetically speaking this hotel is AMAZING in EVERY way possible. It’s new (days old) and very clean. What’s important though, in a facility that revolves around people and customers is that they get treated with respect. This was NOT the case by the manager by the name of Milan. Not only was he prejudice and racist against me, and my family but he was callous and literally told shrugged his shoulders at me refusing me service even though I had prepaid. He was rude, uncaring, unempathetic and extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customer service SHOULD be key when dealing with traveling families and evidently this is not the case with this man that was authorized somehow to run this beautiful facility. I expected more from a renowned professional background of Wyndham.
