Typical motel room, a bit outdated but comfortable beds and extremely clean and well maintained. On a very busy street so expect a bit of traffic noise. Great value if you just need a clean, comfortable, and inexpensive place to spend a night or two

I liked the close location to Northern Arizona University. I wish the heater would go to a higher temperature than 65. The room was large and clean. The beds were comfortable.

It was very convenient to NAU campus and easily accessible from the freeway. There was a little road noise, but the building is well built and did a pretty good job of blocking most of the noise.
