This hotel is a scam
Most disgusting hotel I've ever been in with the worst. Service and the scan we're into thinking you're getting a place for. With a certain price until you go to paper and it goes up. Oh, it makes sure you bring your credit card to pay for the damage. To the project of $250 that you might think you paid for online but they don't give a s*** You'll make you go back to your place and get it. Oh, by the way, if you go online and look at everybody else's review on this hotel, it is just horrendous. They have ripped off. So many people and scammed them and done. The exact same thing that is happened to me. So if you guys wanna get scanned and go to a piece of s*** hotel, go right? The f****** head. Don't say it didn't warn you? They're gonna get what's coming to me anyways.

Caution!!!!
Due to all of the posts about bed bugs, I called the hotel directly to seek assistance about cancelling. They refused to refund the first night (we had two rooms). Instead they said I would need to call back and speak to management at a specific time. I called back at that time and the front desk clerk told me I was speaking with the manager and they told me to call back at a time after they had already left (so they could avoid the call). Do not stay here and do not trust them in following through. I paid for two rooms in a place we refused to stay in because of the cleanliness issues.

Hidden fees
I have never been to a motel like this and I would never go back. The person working the front desk was rude. Not to mention, he charged us 30 for a 3rd person. Our sheet had something stuck to it which tells me they werent clean. Yuk Now this is the best part. When checking out they charged me 60 dollars for a face cloth that i used to wash my makeup off which had a little bit of eyehadow on it. He argued with ne and at first was not going to refund my deposit. Worst place i have stayed at and by far the rudest front desk clerk ever.

Tired hotel, inconsiderate staff
Arrived late, after a full day of travelling, very tired and hoping to squeeze in a few hours of good sleep, arrived at the front desk and was greeted by a homeless lady and her dog camped immediately next to the main doors. Once in my room and in bed it became very apparent that the room was facing the skyrail and for the next two hours thats all i could hear, needless to say i wasnt able to fall asleep and instead got up, showered and went to the airport where inwas able to get a better sleep than in my room. When i told the front desk of my issues, they just shrugged and said thats the situation, nothing we can do. Pretty poor reaponse.
