The only place to stay in Victoria! Exceptional!
We have stayed here before and each time it was great! Breakfast excellent and fruits were fresh. Everyone friendly both staff and guests. Room was spotless clean. View of ocean was spectacular. Food service staff were spectacular. Love the safety as no-one can enter except for short period of time and no guests overnight. We had so much fun with the dining staff. I Love this hotel!

The Ocean view is priceless and the rooftop pool is a must! The only exception is that the pool bar is always closed and the guests are not allowed to bring drinks or snacks to the pool area.

It was pretty much basic. What you needed was there and the staff were very polite and very friendly. Not aim many could speak English, just like Brazil in general. I would have given them one more star, it it wasn’t for the breakfast. It was below basic and average. It was not good.

O apartamento possui 06 unidades da Suíte superior, sendo 2 com sacada para uma lataral e 04 para outra. A foto que colocam é do quarto de melhor visão lateral do mar, dando a antender que todos são assim. Porém, quando na hora do checkin informam ter disponibilidade apenas no ultimo apartamento, tendo visão lateral, porém bem diferente do que mostra na foto. Não sei dizer se não conseguem acomodar o hospede no quarto mais pra frente, com uma melhor vista por má vontade ou se é pelo fato da reserva ser feita pelo Hotels.com (mesmo ficando 06 dias hospeddos, nunca havia apartamento vago que pudessem fazer a troca). Elevador não parava no andar do apartamento e, como são apenas 02 elevadores para atender aos 126 apartamentos do Hotel, restava apenas 01 para poder ser utilizado - este quebrou durante a estadia! Solução da recepção: utilizar o elevador para um andar abaixo e subir as escadas ou parar um andar acima e descer as escadas até o andar do apartamento. Depois de muita reclamação resolveram. Academia melhor falar que não tem. Café da manhã me atendeu bem, e com colaboradores muito educados e solícitos. Quartos limpos e cama confortável. Hotel de frente a praia, com acesso muito fácil e localização muito boa.

Estadia boa. Atendentes muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã deixou a desejar. Apesar da quantidade de opções nada muito saboroso. Além disso o café abria as 6:30, porém as opções de omelete, tapioca e outros só estavam disponíveis após as 7. Quartos grandes e arejados. Tv com muitas opções de canais, mas com imagem bem ruim. Enfim… boa estadia, porém achei o custo benefício ruim.

O hotel está em excelente localização. O quarto que fiquei era amplo, com sala de estar e uma sacada enorme com cadeiras e linda vista lateral para o mar. A limpeza foi impecável. Entretanto, os funcionários da recepção precisam de melhor instrução ou treinamento: senti falta de um pouco de gentileza e cortesia para com os hóspedes.
