Rooms smoky and musty
The hotel is very nice until you get to the rooms. Rooms were smaller then the other hotels we stayed at. We were asked if we smoked and said no. They put us in a nonsmoking room. Clearly it was a previous smoking room. Very smoky and yellowed. Extremely musty!

Poor service
Tobacco smell throughout the hall and in the rooms

And then charged us for parking when we retrieved the car

If you're in the area, stay here
Small room, standard for Japan, but didn't feel small because it was clean and modern and somehow done well. If you're in the area, this is absolutely the place to stay
