Great stay!
Awesome hotel! not sure if they always have it running, but the heat was up to like 30 degrees in the hallways when I was there. Only gripe. other than that, awesome stay :) would stay again.

Great hotel
Loved our stay at the Otter. The staff was great. Restaurant attached was top notch. The hot pools weren’t open yet but it was a nice touch that we could use the ones at the hotel beside it. Only complaint was the bed wasn’t as comfortable as I liked and the halls and elevator were extremely hot. I would stay again despite this because everything else made up for it.

Perfect Mountain Getaway at Otter Hotel
Our stay at the Otter Hotel in Banff was nothing short of exceptional! The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and every corner of the property reflected the care and attention to detail they put into maintaining a welcoming environment. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, offering a cozy yet luxurious vibe that made us feel right at home. The staff deserves a special mention—they were classy, polite, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable stay. The room we were assigned had a breathtaking, picture-perfect view of the mountains, making every morning feel magical. Another highlight is that the hotel is pet-friendly, which made it even more special for us as we could bring our furry friend along for the adventure. The overall experience was like staying in a high-end boutique hotel, without feeling overly formal or inaccessible. We loved every moment of our stay and will definitely be returning! Highly recommend to anyone visiting Banff.

Tried out this new hotel in Banff. They are sister hotels with the Canoe hotel next door. While not 100% complete, the service was great and the rooms very clean. The rooftop hot tub next door was super warm in the cold wintertime. And the restaurant was quaint and food was great. As a platinum hotels.com member I was upgraded and received a $25 dining credit. And the front receptionist Petra was super helpful!
