Worst hotel experience of my life. Came up with my family for the Taylor swift concert and spent 2 hours soon arrival trying to get ahold of the property for check in. Number on google doesn’t work and number provided by Expedia just went to voicemail. Spent over one hour on the phone with Expedia and they couldn’t get ahold of them either. Expedia finally got ahold of them but by then I had to make other arrangements because by then we were running late for the show. Beyond horrible experience and the guy that called me finally did not apologize and will not refund my money!!!!

Overall really nice stay. Room very clean. View was good. Would definitely book again. Only downside parking was hard to find.

They didnt offer me the room there was in the photos. Instead , they offer me a closet with a bed that with a lot of effort fits there. With no space for bags, and with an uncompleate an unsure door. The place is shared with others guests. The bathroom smell bad.
