We had the worst check-in experience! We are doing quiet a few overnight stays a year, never took it so long to get checked in! People were lined up and waiting for service. Just one person working at the desk and he was absolutely terrible to understand, very unprofessional. Room wasn't the cleanest either. None of the 2 room cards we got worked, had to go back to front desk and wait again to get them programmed again. We had another night booked there for the return after our vacation. But we will cancel that reservation and book somewhere else
