This chain hotel always offers excellent service, I highly recommend. Very comfortable, quiet inside, the size of the room is larger than other business hotels and the front desk stuffs are friendly. The amenity service also satisfies my needs. The free coffee is excellent!

The location was very convenient, It's very close 5 minutes driving to the Port,15 minutes to airport. Walking distance to subway, restaurants, and to the beautiful China town. The front desk staffs were very helpful, friendly, polite. The room was very small. My friends' rooms were 2 and half size bigger than our room with the same price we paid for. The room was kind of dusty not too clean Dining breakfast menu were not worth for the price we paid. Overall it's a nice hotel.

The mattresses were very hard and bed low to the ground. There was only 1 chair to sit in for 2 people plus a low hassock. The room was very warm and air conditioning did not work. The hard mattress and warm room made sleeping difficult for us. The room was small but that was expected. Breakfast options at buffet were limited but the food was ok. The staff was helpful and friendly.
