5 star on a budget at the Leader!
We had a wonderful stay at the Leader Al Muna Kareem. It was a short trip (3 nights) and so our priority was a comfortable, affordable hotel very close to the Masjid Nabawi with easy access to mini cabs to visit Quba mosque and Madina University. The Al Muna fitted the bill perfectly on all these fronts. It is also minutes from numerous shopping centres and bazaars. The breakfast was delicious and was just right in terms of variety and content. We also didn’t have staff falling over themselves for tips. Helpful, polite and attentive. Finally special mention to the staff managing the check in at esha time on Sunday 27th January. They were dutiful, quick and attentive - something which we needed after 5 hour journey from Makkah- and didn’t ask unneccessary questions. To top it off, though we had booked a double room, they gave one with a single as well to accommodate my son ( who had also decided to join us) at no extra cost! I’m sure other hotels would have tried to get us to book a separate room for him. Thank you. We will be returning to the Al Muna Kareem in the future Insha Allah and will certainly recommend to friends and family.

A good hotel
The hotel is clean and of good standard, the cleaners never leave toiletry so we had to request 3-4 times to have some sent which i was unhappy about. The lighting is dim setting thoughout the hotel and it may not be appealing to everyone but its ok. The only bad thing in my opinion are the lifts. They take forever to arrive and they dont give any alerts when they are on your floor. I also found the arab women to be extremely rude in the lifts which was the only down side of the hotel.
