Great room but noise from local businesses late at night and deliveries early in the morning.

Very central, and reasonable!
Dublin is always an expensive place to stay so I was pleasantly surprised how cheap ReZz was, considering how central it was. People might be put off by the fact that it's right on the edge of Temple Bar but it was surprisingly quiet (earplugs supplied by hotel if needed!) Staff were very friendly. Room was basic but clean and there were snack rooms on each floor for making tea/coffee with biscuits and free fruit available at reception. There was even free alcohol free beer if you fancied a cold one! Definitely recommend for a quick stop-over.

Comfy crash pad in a party neighborhood
This had all the amenities of a hotel, with a hostel vibe. Comfy bed, and good shower and tv in a private room, and lots of common spaces with funky art on the walls and a lively connected pub with live music every night (called DisnDat). The pub music at night and construction in the morning could make it difficult for a light sleeper, but that’s what white noise is for. And if you book for this location, you’re here for the pubs anyways. With one exception of a surly night shift gentleman who might have been having a bad day, the staff (and everyone in Dublin) was very friendly and helpful. I recommend Voyager across the street for a (relatively) laid back pub with excellent Irish food and whiskey.

Great location, tiny room.
The rooms were tiny think smaller than cruise ship. The bed literally went from one side of the wall to the other. The hotel Is a great location, especially if you want to do some barhopping. It’s not a quiet location and they know that as they give you earplugs when you check in. Overall, it was great value for the money and great if you’re only spending a quick night there. Hotel staff were nice an overall clean hotel.

Nice but noisy area
Great location, not for people who like to sleep early. If you like to go out and enjoy the city until midnight it’s great. The hotel is in quite a noisy area with music.

Good budget stay
Excellent location in heart of most local attractions. Rooms clean and well maintained. Staff friendly and accommodating. Great value, but the rooms are somewhat small with limited electrical hookups. Also a little noisy at night from surrounding pubs but pubs are friendly with good food.

Cute, modern great location
Rooms were very small, but we were there to see Dublin so that didn't matter as much. It was a perfect location right in the heart of the city. We walked everywhere and never needed a cab or bus. It was also modern with many nice extras. The only downside was the noise at night. You will hear the bands playing in the bars below.

Unfortunately we felt the room was underwhelming. Effectively it had no windows and no ability to control the room temperature despite being quite warm. 2 desk/floor fans were provided Lighting was dim including a floor lamp that was not operational. Shower was luke warm. On the bright side, the staff were friendly and location was great.

2/10 Poor

We didn't have pillows, and the people working there acted as if we were at fault for wanting them. Water pressure was non-existent, and ac was non-functional. Staff would not help with anything.

Lisa at the desk was so helpful, thoughtful, informed us as to what to see & phoned for taxi service when we needed. Room was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Pubs across the way but they played excellent music. Nice pleasant stay.

funky non-sleep hotel in city centre for yoots!
Whether it was because I had just come from 15 consecutive nights in more traditional (& yes boring) hotels, my first impression was that original build/snag list was “unfinished” (+ because AC/DC, Cold Play were filling out hotels I didn’t have choices) & I didn’t check the style or design but I knew that it hadn’t been completed very long-I just had the feeling that they had been denied a hotel licence and they then went ahead with an hostel licence in the interim - because the design is bare-bones minimalist (albeit bright, funky and novel) & blot of student ages as guests. The original building, an old telephone exchange for Telecom Éireann - Rezz manages to use this space perfectly and superglue their own identity onto every available surface, with their unique branding and signage, some on-the-fly arts installations making it overall more POST and less INDUSTRIALIST. The rooms, again, were bare-bones making maximum use of some right areas, with great big comfy beds. Ok the down side: my first night sleep was impossible with their own bar making most of the noise but then at 4.20am an employee in one of the other bars on the lane decided the next hour was the perfect time to move 1,000’s of bottles from one large plastic bin structure to another. After this the heavy delivery refuse trucks arrived and I was convinced one had impacted with the building. Overall, this would be a MONUMENTAL hotel for a student/pub crawl/stag or hen party but not for someone with jetlag.

This spot was in the perfect location. The bed was fantastic and the showers. The staff were super helpful and gave us tons of recommendations. Also if it rained you got to borrow an umbrella from them :)
