Excellent staff that provided various indications of good restaurants ,on how to get to Venice and many other minor situations. Excellent breakfast served every morning. Rooms were spotless clean and you could see that the Hoteol is very well managed. I highly recommend it.

Staff was kind and helpful. New owners they are working out the little things like a phone in the room that works. They have a handy cap lift other than that u use the stairs. Breakfast was very good. Some staff don’t speak very good English but the manager speaks very well to make up for that. All round good experience.

The staff was amazing, very helpful. The hotel is not within walking distance of Venice. But there is a public bus that is convenient. The breakfast was good, but there was no black tea. Black tea is essential for a breakfast service.

Das Hotel ist alt und die Zimmer sehen dementsprechend auch so aus. Aber es ist sehr sauber. Das wae uns wichtig,dass wir mit einem kleinen Kind übernachtet haben. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir hatten sehr viel Platz im Zimmer gehabt. Das beste ist das Personal. Alle sind nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Wir würden uns auf jeden Fall wieder für das Hotel entscheiden.

Le lit était confortable et il y avait de l’air climatisé. Personnel serviable et gentil. Autobus de l’autre côté de la rue qui apporte directement à Venise. À 15min à pied d’une gare de train. Lit et serviettes propres. Points négatifs : le sol était un tapis par dessus un autre tapis. Odeur de renfermé. Des poils et cheveux partout dans la salle de bain. Douche mal lavé. Traces de doigts sur les murs. Manque beaucoup d’amour et n’est pas du tout moderne. Ça dépanne!
