Total disaster!!!
I asked for a refund and I was not given one. Hotel had no hot water in the unit I was staying in. The shower continued to get the outside walk area wet because the shower door didn’t close all the way.

One night stay in Miramar, Puerto Rico
The service is impeccable: they really strive to contribute and make a difference. The room we stayed at was small but comfortable. The security is good. The hotel has only been open for 6 months, so everything looks new. The only glitch we found was not enough hot water. I'll ask the staff about it when we check out today. We only stayed 1 night.

The staff at this property are so welcoming and super informative about everything. Anything I needed they were able to accommodate me. The rooms were cleaned daily and we received clean linens daily/as much as we needed upon request. There are many food options in the area that are walking distance. My top suggestions in the area are Bebo’s cafe, El Bar Bero and for the night life La Placita!

Ola is in a great area! There are dining options and a super market right next to the hotel. The room we requested for was small but we knew what to expect before coming. All we would suggest is something in the shower to hold things so that it isn’t on the floor. Another thing we noticed is when the room was clean it smelled like cigarettes. I assume the cleaners were smokers and they had the lingering smell on them. Overall the staff was kind and attentive. Although the room smelled like cigarettes the experience at the hotel was comfortable.

A little disappointed they didn’t have a shuttle to the beach it was walking distance 3 blacks but my uncle couldn’t walk there. The rooms don’t have refrigerators but they did provide me with a cooler for my uncle to keep his medication in. Besides those two issues it was great.

The property listing photos did not match the actual property or rooms. The room was tiny, no doors on bathroom or shower and within a few feet from the bed. The room was 59 degrees when we walked in, extremely uncomfortable and not in great condition overall (walls damaged, dirty, etc). The listing is misleading, many other options for similar pricing nearby for better quality of rooms and amenity. We ended up taking the loss and seeking another hotel immediately after checking in.
