This was one of the worst stays I've ever had.
The biggest issue was being told by the manager that we had to pay for parking even though the listing clearly states it's free parking on site. They argued with me; I had to pay for it since we didn't have an alternative once we arrived. (I ultimately got reimbursed with the help of Hotels.com - but shouldn't have to have spent any time on that.)
There are no actual "bedrooms." One had a glass wall, and the other had no wall, just out in the open, so no privacy. No curtains or shades on the windows facing outside.
No cookware for the oven at all - there was no sheet pan to heat anything up or cook anything. The stove cooktop did not work. There was only one pot and pan, which we couldn't use because the stovetop didn't work.
There were no instructions at the apartment for anything. When I asked how to buzz Doordash up (we were on the 28th floor), I was told, "Food deliveries are not encouraged," - so for any food deliveries, you have to meet them in the lobby.
Getting into the building and parking is not clear or easy.
Very loud noise from the hallway and above us.
Not enough sheets and towels. No washcloths or hand towels. No hand or bar soap in kitchen. No bar soap in the bathroom or shower. The toilet flush is weak and runs out of water immediately.
The balcony is disgustingly dirty.
The location is great. Outside of that, I would never stay here again.
