Unexpected
I had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checking in, our room was not fully cleaned, and to make matters worse, there was a leaking ceiling. The staff did not offer to move us to another room, forcing us to wait until the maintenance and plumbing work was completed. The lack of customer service was frustrating, though I do want to mention that Madame Halima was the only bright spot with her friendly demeanor. Otherwise, I would have considered leaving right away.

Our stay was excellent. The hotel has a good location, absolutely clean, confortable mattress and good bedding. The breakfast with a wide variety of local and international food. The staff friendly, efficient. We will definitely will go there in a stop in Casablanca

Het hotel is nieuw geopend op 21/5/24. Er is gekozen voor een super mooi modern design. Bedden slapen heerlijk en kamers zijn ruim. Er is een privé ondergronds parkeergarage welke te bereiken is met de lift in het hotel. Het eten is heerlijk en het personeel is super vriendelijk. In één woord geweldig.
