Lacking amenities, thin walls. Look elsewhere!
Standard cheaply built newer hotel. The facade is aesthetic pleasing but it really ends there. Difficult to find lobby with no parking while checking in. Free parking for your stay that is not in the hotel but two buildings down which requires you to walk outside in the cold between the two locations. My city view was of one high rise building through a marginally sized window. No fan in the bathroom. My 6th floor room was below what I assume was the bar on the 7th floor. This means you can hear everything that happens there throughout the night until the bar closes. After they close you can hear them dragging the tables and chairs to reposition them for cleaning of the floors. The “downtown” area was more like downtown adjacent and there was not much around beside a hardware store, a burger bar and a milkshake shop. The furnishings are cheap and the lighting in the room was either very on or dark. No option for dimming or ambient lighting available. Hyatt please do better. There is no possible way others felt this property was outstanding. It was a 6/10 at best.

Terrible for unloading at check-in.
The stay was great, however the unloading loading process is AWFUL! It’s on the street and poorly designed. It would prevent another stay at this location.

Beautiful hotel. There isn't valet service yet. Our room was facing the city. Much better view than I expected. The street noise did get a bit loud at night.

Nice place but horrible parking.
Nice place but paying $25 a day for parking is crazy. Hotel guest parking should be free in my opinion. Also snacks and water are high priced in their 24/7 market.

An amazing place to stay
The hotel was immaculate, quite in the halls, I couldn't hear surrounding rooms. They have a sky bar which offers great ambiance, the morning breakfast is real breakfast with french toast and sausage options. There's a fire pit by the pool, a gym to workout, and a laundry facility. This is an amazing place to stay

Enjoyed the stay 10/31-11/2
The hotel was very clean. We enjoyed the amenities. Wish the rooftop bar was open. The reason I booked here. Was told it would open the week after our stay. The room was great only problem was the GFI receptacle would not reset in the bathroom. We had a dinner with clients and my wife was not happy with getting ready. With that being said we understand it is a new hotel and bugs have to be worked out. Parking validation was nice except when leaving our code said it was invalid and had a rough time getting out of the garage. The intercom worker was very rude and did not believe we stayed at the hotel even with the confirmation number and room number.
Breakfast was very good and definitely a plus. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The trip was a birthday trip, the hotel staff were very courteous and kind, the room was clean and very comfortable.
The only issues I cam across were a bit of mixed communication with front desk, and housekeeping coming a bit early on check out day. The hotel is new and is still working out a few kinks. I def plan to stay again.
