The facility addrss did not exist. The hotel is operating under a different name. This is a smoking facility. I was put in a smoking room after I complained they switched me to another that did not have any WiFi or hot water but the worse of it is in the room change process my phone was stolen. I strongly believe the hotel staff stole my phone. The management was indifferent and dismissive about the theft. Orbitz could not reach them after I contacted support for assistance. I won’t recommend. The only reason I stayed is because I had already paid and it’s non refundable beside I spent must of the time at the haram only came to sleep there from 7am to 12pm.
