The room we stayed was smelled of smoking, the carpet was not clean, the cups were so dirty, the receptionists weren't helpful, the breakfast wasn't in a good preparation. Breakfast was limited, and extremely boring small selection. Not enough options of soft drinks, bread was old. Main options for food was very limited. Bedroom was outdated. It had window with absolutely no view at all, and was pointing towards external walls, so no daylight what so ever. Swimming pool was adequate and comfortable. Couldn't be bothered to complain at the time as I thought I would be staying few nights in Nha Trang. Location was excellent. Only one plug to charge things. Last day, toilet paper was not refilled. Staff were very polite and helpful.
