This is a new hotel that is fresh and clean. The location is great, walking distance to shops and restaurants and fairly central to sights too. Entry to the property is different from a “normal” hotel but straight forward and feels secure. The staff were welcoming and were very helpful when we had any questions.

Location, location, location! This property was walkable to Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and Colosseum. I took a 13 euro taxi to the Vatican each way. The property is so cute! The room was pretty spacious, clean, modern and the bed was super comfy. I definitely recommend this property. I can’t wait to comeback!

Excellent location, and great value for money. We were in a standard room, and it was very cosy. Loved the decour and general feeling of the place. Staff were always welcoming, and really helping us organize transfers for a late arrival and very early check out. Perfect for an recharge and soak after a day of sight seeing.

The location it’s amazing, just a in the middle of everything, restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. Very good choice for the price. The hotel it’s new, super cute, perfect for solo travel or couples, it’s in the second floor of a very charming old buiding that’s it’s under construction, DON’T let this take from the experience. I stayed there with my toddler. The elevator fits only one person, hard to fit the stroller in it or luggage. It has a lot of stairs otherwise to get to the room. I had an encounter with a bunch of men who were drunk right outside our room and had to run to the room with my kid and it was very unpleasant and I felt unsafe.

Great location for quick stay in the heart of Rome
Loved our stay here! We had a quick overnight in Rome. We loved the location around all the great shops and how close in walking distance it was to everything. Maria was so friendly and the place was so cute and clean! It was a little confusing to find the entrance, but just look for the green door and #47 and buzz the Goldoni button. The entrance is unassuming bc it seems under construction at the moment. Maria helped w arranging a driver for next morning which was so great. :)

Great boutique hotel. Location is amazing just 2 blocks from the Spanish steps right in the heart of the high end shopping area. We stayed here for a week and rarely used the subway, as walking from here is close to so many attractions. It's true there is construction going on almost everywhere in the building, but as long as you don't stay in the room all day, you won't hear the noise. It didn't bother us at all and when they are finished this will be a great hotel. Goldoni 47 will be my go to hotel next time I'm in Rome.
