At first appearance it looked ok, but once we settled in, we started noticing things weren't clean. The floor outside the door was dirty and sticky, the bathroom floor looked like it had been mopped and then walked on while wet leaving dirty shoe prints. Next to the bed and outlet was pulled from the wall. We ended up cleaning the room ourselves, because no staff was around. We stayed for a week, and there is NO room cleaning done for the entire week. If you need towels, you need to take your soiled towels to the desk, and they will exchange them for new ones. (the brochure says as needed, the desk person acted like it was once per week) The beds linens and trash removal are up to you, because no housekeeping is done until after you leave. The Hotel is unattended at night. The staff leaves around 5 and there is no one back until 8 or 9 am. NO ONE! Several nights there were people sitting and drinking in the stairways, one night there was a lady with a cart full of plastic bags and bottles going into a room. Plus, the place is built behind a derelict gas station, and often truckers park out in the front all night. My wife said she didn't feel safe, and admittedly, neither did I. I would NOT recommend this hotel for families with children. It looked great in the photos, but it left much to be desired.
And the front desk personnel should find a better place to talk on their phones and smoke, than right in front of a place that claims to be a 100% smoke free facility.
