After flying for 18 hours I was really looking forward to staying at the COZI loft but unfortunately for some reason I was told by the front desk manager and by the agent that my name and reservation was not in their system even though I showed them my itinerary, my confirmation from Travelocity and a copy of my payment. So I was left to run around BGC looking for another place to stay. I will be filing a complaint to Travelocity and expect an explanation as to what happened and most of all I expect my money back.
