Very nice hotel
Really nice hotel. Good position and easily accessible for trains, buses etc. nice clean rooms, friendly staff, adequate breakfast - and they gave us a take-away breakfast on the morning we left as we had a very early departure.

Good hotel
I needed a one night stay in Lisbon as I was arriving late. This hotel fitted the bill. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the hotel was very close to the Metro for access to airport,trains and city attractions.

Nice hotel with good access to the Metro
We had a very enjoyable 3 night stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located ojust outside the tourist hotspots of Porto but all are easy accessible by the nearby Metro stations and around a 30 minute walk. Breakfast was average but sufficient. The only slight niggle was the shower pressure was a bit low.

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B
The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger. The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out! We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better. Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!

The room was clean and as promised. For one person it was quite large but it would have been absolutely fine for a couple. The addition of the couch in the room meant there was tons of space that wasn't just bed/desk like in many hotels. The SmartTV was also nice as it meant I was not limited to local TV/Portuguese stations. (A huge bonus as an international guest) The included breakfast was quite nice and the area it was served in was clean. I would have appreciated better/more accurate signs (including allergens/ingredients) for some of the offerings, but this is a small complaint which did not really detract from my visit. The offerings were standard but of a reasonably high quality. This hotel is a little outside the city center but is easily reached with the tram. I was transferring over Casa de Musica (not the station most often recommended by Google/Apple Maps) but found the walk between the hotel and this station much more pleasant. There is also a grocery store near the hotel for any little needs which was a huge added bonus. I would absolutely stay here again and would recommend this hotel :)

Great Stay at New Hotel
We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel has only been open for just over a month so everything was in new condition. Room was clean and well organised. We were greeted with portugese tarts in the room. They offer two types of pillows; soft & hard. Each room has the ability to adjust the temprature. Everyone at reception was friendly and as a bonus all of them spoke English which was very helpful to us. A special shout out to Jocelyn for her patience with our many questions and for always greeting us warmly. Continental breakfast had a variety of food from the standard toast, cereal & coffee to some nice extras of pastries, deli meat, cheeses fruit, yoghurt, bacon & eggs. Something to note is that bacon & eggs is prepared in advance on hot plates but would lose its heat quickly. We found it an easy walking distance to shops, restaurants & public transportation. If taking train and have luggage get off at the Casa De Musicia stop. The Francos stop was recommened by Google but has cobblestone & uneven footpaths so had to carry bags most of the way. Much better surfaces on the way to Casa De Musica.

Excelente valor.
Muito boa estadia. Camas confortáveis, com dois tipos de almofadas (duras/macias), quarto limpo e acolhedor, boas cortinas que conseguem tapar a luz, boas condições para WC/banho, excelente wi-fi pelo hotel todo (mesmo fora da porta do hotel para quem for fumador) e ainda tem uma TV rápida que dá para transmitir conteúdo e tem boa qualidade. No geral diria que o que me desiludiu um pouco foi o pequeno almoço, porque tem pouca diversidade mas, ainda assim tem o essencial
