Slight glitch but not their fault.
Location is perfect. Many places to eat with great variety. Parliament is 13 minutes walk. Check in could've been smoother but the internet in the whole block was out so we couldn't communicate with them via email or call (oddly enough). They had to manually open the room doors for us as they couldn't issue key cards due to the Internet problem. However, once internet was fixed later in the evening, our host deligently went around to the new guests to give them their key cards. Everything went smoothly thereafter.

Fabulous location! Just far enough away from the busy tourist locations and yet close enough to walk to them. Grocery store close by, restaurants close. Underground parking was super easy and reasonably priced. Quiet and clean. SOHO is a wonderful spot to stay - looking forward to our next visit.

Everything was perfect. Close proximity to grocery stores. Within walking distance of many venues. The properties around were a bit derilect and there were many homeless people but overall I would recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

The location is fairly convenient for grocery shopping, accessing public transportation, and walking to the central attractions. The room I got has a good view of the city. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only thing was the Keurig needed descaling, and the washer didn’t work. However, I found it the last night of my stay during the non-office hours. It could be an easy fix but I don’t know.

We are enjoyed our one bedroom condo, the pool and exercise room. Felt safe in the building. Good location. The bed was only a double, so was a bit small for my husband and I when we are used to a queen/king. The communication was excellent as far as getting into our condo goes. There is no way to contact anyone if there is a problem in the evening or night as no one at desk.

AMAZING PROPERTY! Spacious, luxurious and clean. Many pubs and restaurants nearby. However there is alot of homeless and drug addicts in the area. (Soup kitchen located according the street) Regardless of this latter issue, i fully recommend this place for longer stay.
