The room was clean ,but the main sheet on the bed had holes in it ,I did call and asked them to have new ones put also in the bathroom there where some ants around ,the door is a bit thin so as people went buy you can hear them ,are room was close to the elevator on the 6th floor ,street noise was also loud even do we where high up ,both key cards deactivated on our 3 night ,i had to go and get them activate again ,the receptionist blamed me saying its cause my wallet made contact with my phone 😒,the only good thing is thats its close to Reforma and la condesa and metro subway is a block away and you have a variety of restaurants and caffes around the area and 3 oxxos /7-11 a block away and across the St

Honestly amazing experience, staff spoke perfect English and helped me with all the inquiries I had no matter what time of day or night. If I were to come back to Mexico City, I would stay here again. The room I had was cozy and comfortable, amazing view and always had the necessities available.

Well they are known for overcharging people based on how many people stay, breakfast is hella expensive. The laundromat is a third party source you must bring it in at a specific time, place was dirty when we found it, bedsheets were pretty old and ruined, floor was wet and slippery, and ultimately the water from the sink was pretty dirty don’t recommend please stay away

Overall the stay with family was average. Pro: friendly staff, good location, plenty of things to do around, good road connectivity, many good restaurants nearby, family friendly. Cons: terribly NOISY, paper thin walls and you can hear almost everything, unbearable noisy cars and road noise inside the room. For the noise - I will not choose this place to stay from next time.
