Ashok's customer service is A++
Our stay was excellent, largely, due to ASHOK who made our stay an A++.
The lower scores reflect a very stained carpet in the room and a broken drainplug in the bath. Otherwise, the breakfast and the service were superior to most.

Room was dark and dingy with a mildew smell. The breakfast was less than appealing, scarce and stale.
On the upside, the young lady at the front desk was very friendly.

Parking lot has lots of room. Bathroom walls are dirty and need to be cleaned.Walls are stained with dirty water by bathtub and sink. Rest of room was clean.

My issue with this property wasn’t with the staff that checked us in and out. The problem was the city shut the water off (not the hotels fault). We stayed one night because we got in late but we could not go 2 days with out water for using the toilet, brushing our teeth, and showering, etc. When we found out there would be no water on our second day I immediately booked a hotel (another best western) in a near by city. When I talked to management about getting a refund for the second night they said no because it’s not their fault. I agree, it was not their fault, but neither was it mine and with a family of four staying there you would have thought they would be understanding. But greed seems to be their motto at this best western.

This hotel was plenty adequate for our needs. Staff was very helpful and it was quiet. Beds were firm which we like and the room was clean. Hotel was conveniently located to eateries and easy access from highway.

In our first day stay we had no water to shower or wash or go to bathroom. It was horrible and we had to go the whole day out without even washing or brushing our teeth. We even had to go out of the building to go to bathroom. They should offer refunds to everyone in the hotel

When. I made the reservation online we were not aware that there water wasn't working. They told us it would be back in a few minutes but it wasn't even restored by the next morning. So we had to leave and find a different hotel, but they would not refund our money for the second night.

Hotel is showing wear & tear. Difficult check in process as Hotels.com did not forward my confirmation to the hotel so they did not have my reservation. Tried for 30+ minutes to try to contact Hotels.com but they force you to use the virtual agent which was no help and the app doesn’t provide a phone number to call —I found the number using Google, talked to an agent who forwarded the wrong information to the hotel so back to square one. I ended up paying for the room twice due to Hotels.com incompetence. Will not use them again even though I was a Silver member and had used them at least 15 years. The room I stayed in had cobwebs in the corners, had a smell, was worn, mattress had broken springs, and the parking lot had trash cans overflowing & trash blowing around. I will not stay here again and am done using Hotels.com

Clean room. Staff was very pleasant. Bars in the tub for safety. I extended my stay. Staff was excellent and spoke to me pleasantly each time I passed by the desk. I was very pleased with this stay.
