THEY ARE SCAMMING DO NOT GO WASTE OF TIME
I booked 3 rooms, using Hotels.com, had my confirmation code and payment processed for all 3 rooms.
Upon arrival to the hotel the man at the front desk said only 2 of these bookings exist the 3rd one doesn’t and I would need to pay an additional 400 USD per night DIRECTLY to the hotel (when the room rate was 90USD a night on Hotels.com).
Not to mention the 2 rooms I did receive were not the ones I paid for (king bed instead of 2 queen).
As for the 3rd room I paid for they wouldn’t give me it so I had to sit in lobby for 5 hours with Hotels.com until they relocated me to another hotel.
A couple days later I see I got charged THREE TIMES by the hotel (IN ADDITION to the 3 charges by Hotels.com).
Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing with my bank after being charged 6 times for 3 rooms (and one of the rooms took an arm and a leg to get).
They do this on purpose and they tell you that it can be avoided if you book directly with them.

The staff (outside the night auditor) I think really wants to help. They were very nice. Hotel is surrounded my seedy unsafe hotels- not a place to let a child out of your sight for even a second. They were out of towels. Never heard that before. Rooms don’t have hair dryers (thank you to
the front desk for letting me borrow your personal hair dryer.) The entire time I was there there was a couple with their car parked right next to the entrance smoking watching every single person that came in and out. It was creepy. Oh! And watch what you sign when you check in because you have to pay in advance and sign off that after 15 minutes no matter what happens you pay in full. No exceptions. If I had to sum it up. This hotel is the brownest hotel I’ve ever seen. From decor to the feeling of staying there. Oh! And apparently the bathroom downstairs and the pool are “under renovation.” And their renovation budget gave them enough duct tape to cover the signs up lol. This is NOT a family hotel. I would not stay here again. But it really was “fine” considering by the time we booked most other hotels were sold out or selling a Hampton Inn for $300 a night which is probably not much better. If for some reason the hotel manager sees this (which I sincerely doubt there is one.) You are very lucky to have that woman working in the morning! And I’m pretty sure there’s either a prostitution ring or drug ring being run by the two people who will not leave your front door.

Checked in, staff was nice. Went to my room, noticed three kinds of locks on the door, and the room was humid despite the AC running. The bathroom shower/tub was disgusting. I booked a hotel around the corner and just wrote this one off as a total loss. Do not recommend.

Staff was nice. Breakfast was okay. Ive had better and i had worse. Would have been nice if the ice machines worked. 90° August days and no ice make for long days. Overall was what i needed for the night.
