STAY AWAY
Rating would be a lot higher if there hadn’t been ear-shattering construction taking place from 8AM-5PM every weekday. The drilling and hammering was so disruptive that they were practically begging the guests to check out early and choose to stay somewhere else. Also, the smell of the construction flooded the halls and was very hard to breathe in. I can’t believe this is an actual business.

It was one of the worthless places under booking your site. Sharing toilet with all gender was very much risky taking virus contagious and unsafe conditions. My fist checked room was broken door and could hear next door sick man’s coughs all the time, after his toilet usages make me scared to use. Kitchen was mass and dirty sink area lack of taking care of cleaning and at least inform us the conditions to stay feel clean and safe. Of course the room was need to be cleaned before check in but it wasn’t. The important issue was, GAS was leaking from open ceiling panel or from the bottom of next room open space, after one nite stayed I got chocking and bad chest pain and congested and got vey sick since then. Causing that unhealthy condition and poor care of accommodation to run as hotel it could be sued in USA. Also I felt very unsafe and unsecured to stay whole time. So I had to leave the Gran vía on March 6 mourning earlier than my original reservation till 9th, to sacrifice my original plan to visit Madrid Artfair 6-8 to avoid further worsen my health condition. Therefore, I Need My Money Back!!! Very unpleasant and dangerous feeling I had experienced to stay in Live it gran via, especially gas leaking from the smell open the ceiling panel and open floor space from next to bed.(rm806) Of course complained to change room, but building construction noise right above my room 306 next kitchen whole day was terrible gettingrest from the sickness by poor granvia’s condition e

Plussat: + Hyvä sijainti + Edullinen hinta Miinukset: - Seinät ovat kuin paperia, seinän takaa kuului naapurin kuorsaaminen. - Ikkunan takana oli rakennustelineet ja remontointi alkoi aamulla klo 8. Sen jälkeen nukkuminen oli mahdotonta. - Huoneessa oli 4 päivää lämmitys pois päältä, respasta vaan sanottiin että se on jo korjattu. Kahtena viimeisenä päivänä patteri oli päällä.

Pésima experiencia - No vuelvo nunca más Estuve en este "hotel" y fue una de las peores experiencias de mi vida. Para empezar, el cuarto era diminuto, apenas cabía la cama, y para colmo, la ventana estaba cubierta con papel, ¡sí, papel! No había manera de ver nada afuera, lo que hacía que la habitación se sintiera aún más claustrofóbica. Las sábanas estaban manchadas, dudo mucho que las hubieran lavado antes de nuestra llegada. Las toallas, si es que se les puede llamar así, parecían más bien lija de tan viejas y duras que estaban. El baño era simplemente asqueroso, parecía que nunca lo limpiaban. Todos los días estaba sucio y con un olor terrible. El servicio en recepción fue igual de decepcionante. Cualquier problema que teníamos, simplemente no lo podían resolver, ya fuera con la limpieza o con el cuarto. Literalmente no hacían nada. Además, no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones. ¡En pleno verano! Nos tuvimos que conformar con un ventilador que, para colmo, se apagaba cada vez que apagabas la luz. Era una completa falta de lógica. En resumen, este lugar es una vergüenza. Si valoras tu salud, tu comodidad y tu dinero, aléjate de aquí.

Increíble ubicación
El cuarto está súper cómodo ! El lugar está muy bien ubicado en pleno gran vía por lo que te da chance de pasear muy bien! Lo único malo es q casi no limpian el baño y como es compartido, pues no me gustaba cuando estaba sucio. Y el tema del internet tuve q quejarme un par de veces para poder conectarme. Pero el personal muy amable. Gracias

Sehr zentral gelegen, das ist toll. Leider dadurch auch rund um die Uhr viel Straßenlärm. Zusätzliche Geräuschbelästigung durch die Baustelle im Haus. Schlafen ohne Ohrstöpsel unmöglich.
