Apt 501
The apartment is on the first floor in a separate building in a separate calle and has four bed (one double) in a very big room - though based on the pictures we thought it would be two rooms. No view and a bit dark but we didn’t care. The stairs of the apartment could be cleaner, inside the apartment is clean and its furniture is fine but all of it could do with some renovation. There are some kitchen tools available as well as an iron. The staff at Bella Venezia where you do check in and check out is amazingly kind and even lent us a phone charger for our stay.

Would stay here again
We had a room just around the corner from the main entrance to the hotel. Not far at all we could see from our bathroom window the canal, which was quite nice because the gondoliers would go by and we’d hear them singing. We enjoyed being so close to the main hotel as the lobby was lovely. Everyone at reception was very helpful. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day. We were right In the middle of things with our location. Everything walking distance.

This is a little spot at the main lobby. You can smoke here although we didn’t, but it was a lovely private area.

The hotel was dated. It was not what we expected at all based on the description in hotels. We were supposed to stay a second night in a “better” apartment for double the price but this was equally unacceptable. Instead of staying we left Venice a day early.

very centrally located. sub-hotel to a 4 star hotel. building is very old no elevator 2 flights of stairs up to the room. common area coffee machine is not working & seems it was like that for a while & they have no intention to fix it. when we arrive the hotel lobby with 2 big luggages, the hotel front desk has no intention to give us a hand, instead she ask us to leave our luggages outside the hotel since we need to go to a different building - hello??? people lost their stuff here and thief is a very serious thing here on top of that, after we check in, she told us the bell boy will help us to get the luggages to the building but he will not help us to bring the luggages to our room because there are stairs - hello??? i will not stay in this hotel or recommend to any friends for it

We enjoyed our stay despite no elevators on the property, and having to lug our baggage 3 flights of stairs. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was smack in the middle of everything, super convenient with San Marco Sqaure just a 5 minute walk away, and dining shopping options galore. Although the cofffee machine was constantly breaking throughout our stay, we can easily grab a cup just 10 meters away at their sister company. Rooms and decor could do with some updating. Overall a very pleasant surprise!

It was okay
The room itself was beautiful- curtains, bedding, etc. however the overall amenities were not the best. No door to the bathroom. No trash can? Its good for 1 night or so. The staff was friendly and helpful, and great location between everything you would want to see in Venice.
