Cute little lodge
I stayed on a clear weather winter weekend while it was around 12-15 degrees out overnight. The room was sufficiently warm, bed soft and room/bathroom clean. I brought another quilt with me from home since this was my first stay and wanted to be prepared, but I didn't need it. Would recommend and will likely stay again in the future.

Unit needs a little TLC
Had trouble getting the fireplace to function on demand. It has a thermostat with schedule and could not figure out the system easily. No supplies in the mini kitchen. I had thought to include silverware and paper plates so it wasn’t too much of a problem. They supplied dish soap but no dish towels. Used supplied paper towels to help with clean up. The maintenance of the unit was lacking. It was clean but it could use some TLC to keep it looking better. Bed was ok. Needed an extra blanket, which I had brought out of personal habit. It was extremely quiet which was appreciated. The jacuzzi tub took over a half hour to fill enough to use. Clear instructions on operating the thermostat would really help. A printed channel list for tv would be appreciated. It has DISH which was great but local channels, once we finally found them, kept going out. No internet at all including the fact that my cell provider wasn’t serviced well in the area. That can’t be helped though and wasn’t the fault of the motel. Cute decorating concept just needs some love.

Excellent Accomodation
Very comfortable and clean. Excellent accomodation.
Woodsman Country Lodge was an older 1-story motel on the busy highway between Klamath Falls and Bend. It was fine for a reasonable, overnight stay getting from here to there. If one likes hunting and the outofdoors you would love these Paul Bunyan-themed rooms. Very quaint and woodsy. But the rooms were clean, the linens fresh and the bed comfortable. There was a reasonably priced restaurant/tavern right next door. Despite the immense amount of traffic spinning by the front of the motel, the room itself was quiet, and we had a comfortable night's sleep.

"Woodsey" motive was great. Bed was comfy.
Only issue was a room change from two beds to one bed and a cot because of a damaged (plugged?) toilet in the room originally assigned.

Although this motel is old, everything is clean and in good working order. Somebody put a lot of thought into decorating and appointing the rooms, and clearly they were thinking about the person actually staying there, and what would be most convenient and helpful to the customer. You rarely see that in standard motel chains. I was delighted by this little motel.

Cozy and kitschy
Needed a place to stay nearby and this one was available. Glad we chose it. A bit kitschy but generally comfortable with all the amenities needed. A cozy woodsy cabin on the main drag of a small town. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

If taking a shower, a flushing toilet in a neighboring unit will surprise you.

The room had a nice Kitchenette. Instead of a couch, there could be a king size bed. The location is perfect for Crater Lake National Park.

Interesting decor in the room. Quiet enough. Room and a bed. Didn't feel especially clean to me, though.
Great food with large portions walking distance away at Mohawk Restaurant. Decor in the restaurant is taxidermy galore.... so may not be suitable if you are bothered by it.

This was the perfect stop for our night after visiting Crater Lake. The decorations were so cute! We enjoyed the table outside the rooms. The owner was on site and incredibly friendly. Great for our family of kids as well as grandparents. Would definitely come back here again
