A convenient walk from the center of Leiden and easy access to bus routes going to Leiden Centraal. Convenient to have digital keys to access the property. Great service and room was always maintained clean. Vending machines are not open to international guests (no easy way to pay).

Relaxing restful place
Friendly staff, helpful recommendations. We rented bikes at the train station and were able to safely store them in the hotel patio area. They have a fun water station for you to fill your own water bottles, with sparkling or still water. There is no elevator so you’ll probably have to go up some stairs, just FYI. Place is quiet and restful! Enjoyed the location away from the fray but along a pretty canal, and still easily walkable to anywhere you’d want to go. Recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay!

Fantastic Hotel!
My hotel stay was wonderful! I booked the loft. It was very spacious, clean, spacious, and well equipped - there was silverware, crockery, a nespresso machine, fridge, and microwave. I liked the continental breakfast that was brought to my room, and the staff were also very helpful. I had to climb two flights of stairs to get to the door of the loft and then another one once inside the room, but I was very glad for the exercise. Just be aware of this and book a room on the ground or second floor (first floor outside the US) if you don't find stairs convenient. If I'm ever in Leiden again, I will definitely stay here. 10/10!

Heerlijk hotel midden in de stad, maar toch heel rustig. Lekkere bedden en super schoon. De beschikking over een keukentje met koelkast en magnetron. Alles even schoon en mooi. Kleine tip: er staat nu 1 stoel misschien handig om er 1 bij te zetten dan kunnen mensen samen iets eten aan de “tafel” bij de tv

Goed, maar
Prachtige kamer met uitzicht op een rustig straatje. Badkamer klein maar wel netjes en voorzien van voldoende handdoeken en producten. Ontbijt (geleverd door extern bedrijf) was niet wat wij ervan verwacht hadden, bruin brood gevraagd, fifty fifty gekregen, scrambled eitje weliswaar zonder zout en peper, croissants waren niet krokant en sponzig.

乗り換え空港でバッゲージをロストしてしまいました。ホテルの受付の人に相談したら親身になってくれ、近くで服や日用品を買える場所を教えてくれたり、私の代わりに航空会社に電話してくれました。とてもとても親切にしてくれて感動しました。 I lost my baggage at the transfer airport. I talked to the receptionist at the hotel and she was very helpful and told me where I could buy clothes and daily necessities nearby and called the airline on my behalf. I was very, very impressed with their kindness.
