This place wasn’t great. The beds were very very hard, our AC didn’t work when we got to the hotel and when we tried to explain to the front desk, they told us a technician looked at it. Which isn’t true considering no one came to our room. The food was sub par especially for the price we paid. Everything felt like it was supermarket microwaveable food. Overall, it feels like a hotel that was recently renovated but the service quality and level didn’t match the aesthetic. Would not recommend.

Fine if you were with small children. Went with my wife and we checked out early it was so bad. AC in room didn’t work, bathroom flooded all over the floor, said they were out of towels at the pool. the greatest hotel. the front desk staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. they made us feel at home. the property is exceptional. the room was beautiful, a balcony overlooking the water. the pool was wonderful. the pool dining area and staff were exceptional. the food and food selection were fabulous. the hotel is next to the beach. can't say enough about this hotel. we will definitely be back.

Great setting. I was dissapointed upon check in, though, because I had booked an ocean view balcony many months prior and got a crappy room. It was more of a terrace on the roof w barely any view. Great staff and great location as far as access to local small beach. Hotel amenities are limited but you come here to relax and lay down under the sun. Not much to do for the kids except playing in the pool or at the each. Although the buffet at the hotel is incredible, there are very limited dining out options in the area. Staff was very welcoming and responsive to our needs. Oscar at the reception went out of his way and prepared me and my son a breakfast at 6 am. Great people!

This property is perfectly located between two of the most beautiful beaches. My husband and I rented a car to drive around the island and visit several beaches, but the one in front of and behind this hotel were by far our favorites. It’s also only a short drive from Mirador de El Colomer. The staff is so friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay, they even made sure that our room had a wonderful view of the sea since it was our honeymoon. Definitely recommend staying here!
