After booking on Expedia, I called and informed hotel that we will reach at 28 th morning at 4.30 am though hotel is booked for 27 to 28 January. Informed same on WhatsApp also about booking. Also reminded on 27 th night that we are reaching 28 th morning at 4.30 am. However when reached with family on 28 th morning at 4.30 am, hotel staff told that room is allocated to someone else and you have to wait till 6 am when another room is getting vacant. So, instead of waiting there, we prefer to go to another hotel where rooms were available at higher rates. So, experience is very bad. Also hotel told no for money refund.
