Beautiful hotel. Staff are wonderful and the room was amazing. Stopped for drinks a few times in the Ripetta courtyard area, staff were polite, helpful and the drinks delicious. The hotel is stunning. Service is beyond exceptional. The only complaint is that they perfume the room to excess. We had to open the window to let the room air out, and then asked the staff to not spray air freshener when they cleaned the room. In the future I would ask in advance so the room would not be sprayed on the day we check in.
