Curtains were ripped and did not close fully. could here the children making noise next door plus they kept trying to open the connecting door to our room. The front desk staff was not professional in dealing thr guests. There were two frond desk staff and two of two guests including me. One staff entertaining the other guest, and I was standing in front of one of the staff, he was busy working on his pc, I hv to wait him finish his work, while waiting more guests coming behind me. Then when he looks up front, he just talked to the guest behind me and entertain him instead of me and ignored me. I felt unwelcome and dispointed.
