When we checked in we found the apartment like it hadn’t been properly cleaned. The kitchen counters looked and smelled as if they had been wiped with a dirty rag, there were dishes still in the dishwasher, there was only 1 toilet paper roll in the bathroom even though our reservation was for 4 days for 3 people. I contacted the property and they said someone would come to clean and drop off more paper the next day and they didn’t. I contacted them again and they said their policy is to only clean every 4 days so I asked them to at least give us more toilet paper. They finally dropped off more on day 3, but they never came to clean the kitchen.
The kitchen is also not equipped with any of the basics such as salt / pepper or paper towels.
It is managed by a company so it felt very impersonal. The only thing we liked about our stay was the fact that it had a parking spot.
