When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends.

They given me room where ac was making big noise and I noticed dust coming out. The response from front desk was poor, they send a person to clean when I was in the room. I stayed in room 510 in which the bathtub probably had a leakage or maybe the drainage line could not handle the volume of water. The result was that there was water on the bathroom floor as well as in the room when I came out. Clearly housekeeping needs to do a better pre-check while alloting rooms to the guests.
