This is a new hotel that is very clean, comfortable, and eco-friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I booked the stay through Hotels.com and there appears to be a billing issue between them and the hotel. I expect that's a communications issue. I expect to have it worked out tomorrow.

Lukewarm Jimmy Dean sandwich for breakfast was alarming. Room was clean and there were no odors with the absence of carpeting. Everything but one charging outlet worked fine.

Clean Hotel
Hotel was clean, pool area is smaller, rooms are very “compact” a family of 4 in a standard room is a little squishy. Staff was great except for one gentleman and one front desk attendant. Rooms have some version of vinyl plank for flooring— nothing bad about it, just something that if you’re reading reviews could be helpful. Breakfast was great but not always kept up on. Staff was willing to fill items when asked. Walls are paper thin.

The property is a good value. The bathroom Could have been cleaner, and we had to ask for extra towels and toilet paper. They only gave us two rolls of toilet paper and 3 towels for four people staying two nights. The breakfast section was great. Plenty to choose from. Overall I would stay again.

This is a newer property in a great area right next to the lake and minutes from downtown Traverse City. It’s got an indoor pool, gym and free breakfast. The rooms are fine, there’s a nice sized smart tv in each. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the rooms our shower was dirty and there were a lot of lady bugs and flies in our room. We were so busy and only in the room to sleep. If we weren’t then I’d consider somewhere else.

Very new looking hotel. Lobby looks clean. Staff were super nice! Road noise was kind of loud. There was a much louder noise in the bathroom. Was not disturbed for sleep but annoyed while getting ready for the day. Not bad for the price. Not great for the noise.

Great place for the price. Our room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. We didn’t really utilize the breakfast but it was nice just to grab a banana or a cup of coffee. The egg bites were just as good as what you’d get at Starbucks. There was also an employee, Lisa, who was always cleaning the lobby, and paying so much attention to small details. We didn’t hear any loud noises even though our room was near an elevator. Any staff we ran across were helpful and friendly.

Best beds ever.
The room is vinyl floors no carpet which made it echo but also you could tell the floors were clean. The whole room was very clean. The bed was the best I’ve ever slept in at a hotel slept all night. All the staff I seen were friendly to bad we can’t teach tourist how to be friendly lol. Overall great experience.

The quality of build of the building - fit and finish was subpar. Whoever the general contractor should come back and fix it. Loose faucet / trim work installation was horrible / tile work Quality to finish detail sloppy .. The room was nice - the deco is a cross between ikea and hospital decor ! Just odd but functional … We were in and out. Like the coffee and location. Just an interesting design overall !

there were flying ants in our room, 1 towel not replaced. needs more shelving or place to put personals in, room cramped for 4, like that it’s newer and cleaner, overall i’ll recommend to others who are traveling without a lot of stuff in tow
