I loved the general quaintness of the property. Our host was very helpful with a delightful personality. The property could use some sprucing up but the possibilities are wonderful! We stayed in the nook room and enjoyed the outdoor shower. It would have been nice to supply us with washcloths in the bathroom. If you are not looking for a lot of amenities, and want a very quiet getaway, this would be a good choice.

First off Abby and Ed were excellent and helped out all week! They have no stake in this run down motel besides doing a favor or do it’s seems! The property is no longer managed by the owners, they are non existent. The pool area is great, quite, and peaceful. If you book this hotel I suggest they send a disclaimer about the cold showers (showed outside), and the run down nature of the entire property. I’m not so sure how they could do that since the only involved owner lives in New York and has no idea the state of the property! I will tell you that I would return in a heartbeat once Ed and Abby can successfully start to maintain or fix the unkept areas. Positives, rooms are large, main pool area is great and Ed and Abby were the best! Wait out the storm on this one and maybe an investor will swoop up the bank owned property and turn it into the hidden gem it should be.

No Breakfast, not enough bath towels for 2 plp in room, no cups in kitchen for tea and coffee, was told previous guests broke them and we had to ask for cups. They did supply us with bath towels, and beach chairs when asked. Guys were nice - property was dirty, pool bar had no water in it.

The price was good. The place offers free wifi and its air conditioned. I'm not sure why it has 4 stars, it should be 3 or 2.5. The property was very hands off, no one at the office when we arrived or checked out. The rooms are old. Our towels, beddings, and room was not clean.

Great B&B
I arrived at the hotel almost at midnight as my flight was very delayed. There is a doorbell on the gate which I pressed but I thought it was broken as I didn’t hear it ring. A few minutes later, Jaythan comes out. He was most welcoming and had been waiting for me to arrive. He showed me to my room - the nook. Perfect room for a couple or one person, in my case. He explained that the bathroom was inside the room but the shower was outside right next to the room. I already knew this as I had read the reviews. I don’t know why people get upset when they find out, just do your research! I slept great, bed was clean and comfy. Jaythan is also an amazing chef, he cooks breakfast every morning. It was so good! The property is big with tons of places to sit and enjoy the breeze. The pool is really nice. There was a second pool with a swim up bar but it was closed while I was there. It’s such a chill vibe and it’s feels like you are actually in Aruba. As opposed to the high rise hotels full of tourists. Jaythan went above an beyond while I stayed at Club Arias. I have no doubt in my mind that I will return!

Arias get-away
For my purpose the location was good. The condition of the B&B was ok but not clean but were told that they are now busy reorganizing. The cmfort was great and the cleanliness of the room was good. Can say much about the service cause we were more out than in. Overall view...great

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel and here are my reasons. First and most important, maintenance and cleaningness were terrible, cabinets were being eaten by termites, shower was always cold, floor was sticky, there were some white stains in the bedspreads, the rooms smelled bad, the area around the pool looked very unattended, leaves were everywhere, I was supprissed the pool was clean. In addition, I had to pay an extra $50 per day because the room I booked was way too small, barely any space even for the luggage, it looked more like a bed and that’s it. Furthermore, there was not housekeeping, the person the received us told us she was seek and then I found out they didn’t have house cleaning on Sunday, so I am not sure he was lying or what. If you book here, which I highly discourage, do not book the book room. To keep going, shower was outside the room and no roof, not to mention it was also dirty and there was mold. I am not sure why it has such good reviews, but from what I saw in my experience, I would never recommend this place to a close one. The best part is, I left 2 days before my check out and they didn’t even consider refunding my money. Other than this hotel’s experience Aruba was great.

Arias B&B, previously interesting, now disgusting
It's run down, not clean, no hot water in room, leak in room after heavy rain, bathroom lockout that takes the entire day and a second reminder to have fixed and is generally neglected. I couldn't wait to leave. But the a/c works. I do not understand how anyone has given this place a rating recently less than sub par: it is terrible.

Quiet rooms, comfortable beds. Great place to get away from the caos of the High Rise area. Staff are friendly (when you can find them). The property is very outdated and lots of broken or closed down everything. Middle of nowhere so be prepared to rent a car and drive 45 minutes to get to anything.
