I arrived at your hotel after an exhausting flight at 5 AM, only to find that my reservation had been canceled because I did not arrive the previous day. Despite having checked in through the Marriott Bonvoy page, which I have used countless times without any issues, this time the outcome was disastrous.
Never before have I experienced something like this at any other W Hotel. The cancellation of my reservation without prior notice or contact is an absolute lack of consideration towards your guests, especially after a long journey. Moreover, the way I was treated by your staff only worsened the situation.
When trying to resolve the problem, I was attended by Nasha (or Nashua). When I showed her the Marriott Bonvoy page through which I had checked in, she claimed I was showing her a random page, suggesting she did not know what page it was. When I insisted and demonstrated that it was indeed the correct page, she changed her story, saying it was not the same page I initially showed her. Did she think I was lying to her? To top it off, when we arrived at the reception, she was not even at her post.
To make matters worse, I was not notified about the cancellation of my reservation. The reservation was already paid for two nights, yet it was canceled for no apparent reason. Since the reservation was made through a third party, I was not refunded the full amount, which is unacceptable. Additionally, I was forced to pay again on the same day to stay at the hotel.
