Lovely apartment, poor communication.
The apartment was lovely and well appointed, the beds comfortable and everything was very clean.
Our main complaint was there was no communication beforehand with the instructions on how to access the building and the apartment. We arrived on a Saturday, the contact phone number was only for office hours and the out of hours number on the message was incorrect, missing a digit. We found another out of hours number to call and could only leave a message. Finally someone called but not before I had a very cranky, wet and cold husband and sister. Communications need to be improved.

It does not have 'free on site parking' there was no 'king bed' I have re read the room details. It definitely says King. Tgere is no 'dining table ' rather a wee bench in tge kitchen you could sit at. This is nit a dining table. . The apartment was not serviced and listing should state this. The finish is cheap. I hurt my hand on the railing. My husband constantly hit his head. He is not overly tall. The tv only worked on 2 channels when I rang about this the managers words were "well what do you want me to do about it"?. It ended in an awful argument over the phone. Not nice. The tea and sugar containers are cheap plastic ones from the warehouse . We definitely would not stay again. Too many cheap corners. The listing should read accurately what is there.

Well Renovated Historic Building
The property was nice, newly built/renovated. Heating was good. The car parking was not as advertised: “Free Parking On-Site” is a not accurate. You have to find a park on the public roads nearby. They are largely full up during working hours. Fortunately, our timing didn’t seem to clash, so we always got a park nearby.

Superb designer accommodation almost perfect
The apartment was beautiful. A designer space with top of the range fittings and equipment. The condition appeared to very new and clean. However there were a few little niggles that made it less than perfect. We had 3 thick pillows a one thin. Two of each would have been better. The master bedroom has no ventilation or windows and became very stuffy one night. The walk-in shower had no shelf so the toiletries stayed on the floor. There were tea, coffee, milk and sugar but no salt or pepper. These were all small things but when so much effort had clearly been put into creating a beautiful living space it is a shame that tiny omissions took off the shine.
