The property overall was beautiful and for the most part clean. Check in was a little slow we waited about an hour in line to be checked in, however I was grateful that our room was ready before 3pm. Majority of the staff did not speak nor understood English. This was very bothersome because it was hard for my family and I to communicate with staff. I was very upset that guests were allowed to smoke everywhere on the property. There should have been a designated area for smokers to smoke. I traveled with my sister whom is pregnant and it was not pleasant for her to inhale smoke the entire time on our trip. Service at the buffet was horrible. We spent 6 days on our first day eating at the buffet we were greeted and serviced with water and a drink of our choice by the staff. The remainder of our trip we had to constantly call for a staff member to provide us with water and drinks. Let’s not mentioned the fact that for the 6 days we spend at this hotel we got turned away from one of the buffet claiming that it is full. It did not matter what time of the day we attempted to eat there we were always turned away. It seems like staff were mostly catering to Hispanic guests. The best service/food we had was at the restaurants. I was disappointed at the fact that I had requested a complementary cake at La Brisa which was confirmed by two staff members in guest service, however when we got to the restaurant a cake was not provided. We were told the reservation was not made.

Food was horrible… if it wasn’t salty, it was bland.. staff didn’t tend to us right away while dining. Breeze way walk to our room smelled like sewer everyday. AC in our room was broken… they “fixed it” twice and seemed to make it way worse. Got so upset; complained about the a/c till they changed our room. New room a/c wasn’t as cool but worked a little bit better than the first room. Night Shows were boring, and entertainment was only done by a kiosk in the beach. Had to pay a taxi inside to get to my taxi outside because the security and staff didn’t let my Driver to pick me up at the lobby, which was super unnecessary. Staff only seems to care about you when you are tipping heavy, And sometimes not even. I’ve stayed at so many different resorts in Punta Cana, but this one honestly has been the worst. Don’t even get me started on the alcohol… Out of my six day stay I think I drink one day and got an upset stomach. The liquor seems to taste like gasoline, no matter which one you drink… Alcohol is definitely being swapped out for something else. Wouldn’t recommend this resort! STAY AWAY!!

Pondría música en la plazoleta para los padres que van con sus hijos y no pueden entrar a la disco puedan bailar y disfrutar en esa área de 11pm en adelante. This was our first trip to an all inclusive resort for my husband’s birthday. Although we enjoyed our time on the resort, there were some things that should be considered for change/updates so that the resort can continue to bring in guests and provide them with an excellent service. Our least favorite experience was the check-in process. It was just awful. We stood in line for over 45 minutes waiting to be checked in. It was humid and uncomfortable, especially after a long flight. There has to be a better system put in place to avoid guests from having this type of experience. Our junior suite was supposed to be a king bed but we were put in a room with 2 queen beds. There was also a “musty wet” smell when we first walked in. There should be better ventilation in the room to help prevent so much condensation. The beach is beautiful and we had a great time at the pool. The buffet food was mediocre. We did enjoy the two restaurants we had dinner reservations to. It was nice to have options. Staff members were very friendly and worked hard to keep us happy. We did had a favorite server in the sports bar who went above and beyond to provide us with a fun experience!

Terrible cleaning of the rooms, we rented 3 and all with the same problems, black mold on the curtains, cushions, bed, pillows, walls, water leak from the shower to the hallway of the room, they removed our towels and every time we came to shower there were no towels They did not have the room configured for 3 guests, the slippers and the bathrobe were missing, in short, a disaster.

Did not clean bathroom well. There were stains on the mirror. shower was clogged. water was building up. The bathroom started flooding. I thought maybe it was just that one time so that night I tried again and the same thing happened. I had to keep turning off the water to be able to shower. The TV did not work in the second floor. No one came to clean the room throughout my stay. The cups at the buffet were always dirty. You would see flys on the food on the buffet. They recommended an excursion that was meant for family and I brought my 3 year old. That excursion was not for my 3 year old. I seriously believe they just wanted us to spend money on that expensive excursion. There were no infants there. We had to go from boat to boat and not to mention the speed boat that I had to do with my 3 year old scared in my arms. There was one restaurant that we made a reservation for that had us waiting 30 minutes to be seated. Once we were seated we didn’t even get a menu, I had to ask for one. Then it took about 30 minutes for them to come and ask us what we wanted. The food was ok. They definitely provided quantity over quality. Definitely would not go back there or recommend to anybody
