UGH!
This place is a true example of you get what you pay for....the beds felt like cardboard, the room had the odor of cheap industrial disinfectant, the toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and was only half there and unusable, there was a fight going on when I arrived and had to bring everything out of my car inside to be sure it was safe. I will never stay here again....book at your own peril!

Smoking room, bullet holes, and cockroaches!
This was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. My husband and I showed up to check in and were not greeted kindly at the start. The gentlemen at the desk were hard to understand and we booked a NONSMOKING room with a king size bed. Once checked in, we drove our car around to the bottom floor room. My husband unlocks the door to our room as I stand next to our car to start unloading. He took two steps into the hotel room, ran out and slammed the door shut out of disgust. I looked up and got a horrible smell of cigarette smoke. Again, this room was listed as nonsmoking. We went back to the lobby and they were unable to give us another room and only offered us $25 out of our $117 booking fee back. I contacted hotel.com and the agent I spoke with was wonderful, friendly, and was able to give us a full refund! Once the employee got off the phone with hotel.com, he rudely took us to leave. The three gentlemen that worked in the front lobby were very unprofessional, the lobby smelled of smoke and they came up with every excuse why our room was not up to par. Meanwhile, the lobby had several “nonsmoking” signs posted and our room door had one as well. Another guest came up to us and said his room had bullet holes in the front door and a family a cockroaches in the room and he was unable to receive a refund. This place was disgusting and absolutely not worth $117 a night. At that price point, we were not expecting 5 star, however it should have been better than this.

It was easy access to the highway but that was about it. It wasn't the cleanest, always had a funky smell in the hallway and room. We had no smoke alarm in our room. Would not recommend this place.

The room was not clean specifically the bathroom. Their were no privacy signs on the door for limited housekeeping while staying. Breakfast was supposed to be 6-9 but at 8:00 their was limited food to toast, and waffles, which the waffle batter was half brown water coming out... Yuck! Their was limited parking for pick up trucks. "No pets" but yet a dog living in a room with hair all through the stairs and hallway. Barely made it for check in better be there by 10 because the lobby closes... Trashy people living here, pool area isn't in a safe location, it's right off the highway, which is about the only convenience they have. Not many choices of restaurants around, no grocery store close by. Paid for 2 nights, but left after 1... Honestly, I'm starting to wonder what Windham is thinking putting their name on some of these places...

This property appeared to be a make shift apartments for most of its tenants. This condition of the motel was the worse I have ever had the displeasure of visiting. Rooms were dirty, smelling of smoke, alcohol and drugs. A lot of the room doors were open due to a non working air conditioner. I am disability and use oxygen, there was no way I would ever stay at a place like that. Towels were stained. I tried to cancel but this hotel doesn't cancel. I decided to choose another hotel is the same general area that was very nice. Expedia pulled a fast one on me with this hotel. I really would like my money returned.

The window was plastic and not glass so when the sun hit it you can't see out. The inside of the room was reasonably clean everything else needs help and updating

Not Interested
Only was able to connect to the WiFi in the lobby and issue never got corrected. Was told the side of the building my room was on was on a different modem. Not to mention the language barrier and the ppl hardly understanding me. Turned off. Won’t be coming back here.
