Mardin’in sık merdivenlerden oluştuğunu dikkate aldığımızda bu durum çok işimize yaradı. Konakladığımız odanın dizaynı oldukça farklı bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Konforlu ve temizdi. Otelin konumu ve odalarının rahatlığı kadar çalışanların yaklaşımı ve alakalarından çok memnun olduk. Hizmet oldukça iyiydi. Kahvaltı dahil olması ve de çeşitli, lezzetli olması da çok güzeldi çünkü kalabalık günlerde dışarıda kahvaltı yapmak, yer bulmak zor olabiliyor o nedenle otelin kahvaltı dahil olması üstelik bir de lezzetli olması önemli avantaj. Özetle konakladığımız süre boyunca çok rahat ettik ve çok memnun olduk, tavsiye ederiz.
