Basic hotel in central Mandurah
Very old property that has been maintained well and is clean. Our booking was pay at property so was expecting to pay when we got there instead received a message to say our card declined and to call hotel immediately which I did. I was told even though it was pay at hotel during busy times it has to be paid before, which we did. This should be mentioned in the booking as it’s not pay at property. Also $250 holding fee is taken on check in stating can take up to 7 days due to banks for refunds. If you want a hotel in central mandurah which is clean and has an indoor pool and the price is right $120-$150 per night then it’s ok but the price yesterday for this room went up to $350, certainly not worth the high price tag.

A nice place to stay.
Great central location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Great pool area. Bed lovely and comfy and bedding was spotless and clean . Lack of some amenities in apt. For example....cutting board, grater, sockets for charging tablets, phones etc. and an additional table in bedroom would have been handy.

Atrium Mandurah
Very reasonable price midweek. Hotel is ok but getting a bid old and tired. Needs a facelift, but clean and very well situated to town centre. The room was a deluxe one bedroom. A bit disappointing as the inside lounge was really uncomfortable outdoors furniture and our balcony looked over the hotel's loading zone

Comfort and close to beach, bars and restaurants
Nice stay, hotel a little old and furniture upgrade would be good but super comfy bed and linen, bathroom good size great shower/water pressure etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of eating within walking distance as no dining at the hotel during the week but lots close by. Great beach less than 10 min walk. A good stay and good value for the price. Definitely stay again.

Great Stay
I thought you should of had the $250 deposit more clearly displayed on your website, but I should have researched it more on the Hotel website because I only was told checking in, but most hotels do the security deposit charge, but that's my bad. Otherwise everything was perfect and we had a really great time as the staff were very helpful and friendly, loved the indoor pool and spa thanks to Hotels.com and The Atrium Hotel

Because of the Atrium shape, it was very noisey when guests return in early moring hours. With no night manager on there's no control. The staff are great!! The car park really needs some work, full of pot holes & a low section wastes about 6 or so car parks if it rains & fills. Its a budget accommodation & operated as such.

I stayed for a week. Started out great but later in the week when families joined it got noisy from the pool. Still a great place, but maybe not for me. The pot holes in the car park were large and I was concerned about damage to the hire car.
Great service, very clean and good facilities and location.

The spa is absolutely relaxing! The pool is well maintained and my family had the best weekend getaway. We’ll come back for sure!
The only noticeable inconvenience is the showerhead in the room. As it is old, it is so difficult to adjust, because it is fixed. It would have been better if it is one of those removable shower heads that you can unhook. But it’s all good. Loved it!

I know that it is an old hotel, but the lounge chairs in the rooms could be updated along with other small things. The water for tea and coffee tastes appalling.
