Un vero peccato
Appartamento veramente bello e in posizione molto comoda, purtroppo la gestione non altrettanto ottimale: prenotato e pagato circa 20 giorni prima dell'arrivo, a 2 giorni dall'arrivo mi viene comunicato che se fossi arrivato dopo le 20 (viaggio di 3 ore in un pomeriggio di lavoro e scuola) avremmo dovuto pagare 20 euro di penale; arrivati in zona alle 19:30 (causa traffico), scopriamo che l'appartamento si trova in una zona ZTL, abbiamo quindi girato e parcheggiato in zona non comodissima (20 minuti a piedi con un bel po di bagagli correndo per evitare la penale) e la referente all'arrivo ci dice di essersi dimenticata di dirci della ZTL (per la penale l'organizzazione si è ben ricordata di dircelo...); nell'appartamento all'arrivo abbiamo trovato un letto non rifatto e abbiamo dovuto provvedere noi (cosa non all'altezza di una struttura del genere per la quale abbiamo comunque pagato). Ci viene chiesto poi di leggere e firmare da cellulare un contratto che magari ci poteva essere anticipato via e-mail qualche giorno prima per leggerlo con piu calma e facilità. Peccato, le potenzialità sono enormi ma la cura al cliente ha lasciato molto a desiderare
