The hotel is very conveniently placed within the old town, making it very easy to pop down to the sea and go back to the room and shower and then pop out again for food et cetera. The hotel itself is nice, not super lux but nice, and clean, there were things that niggled like the layout of the room and the air con, but the thing that raised this hotel up above others that I’ve stayed in and took it from a forgettable experience to one I won’t forget in a hurry, is the staff.
What amazing people!.
Couldn’t do enough and with a smile!
I thought Patrizia was the manager (she isn’t but she should be!) her customer service, attention to detail, attentiveness and concern for our wellbeing and enjoyment was just…wow.
Special mention also to Elena and the boys at breakfast.
If I come back to Otranto I will definitely stay here again because of them
Thank you everyone
